Vaccinations

Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella

Must be given by a licensed veterinatian.

All staff is trained in Pet First Aid/CPR and are Tech. Certified with ABKA.

Requirements

All dogs must show proof of good health and be spayed or neutered by 8 months of age.  Dogs must be at last 16 weeks old and have all their final vaccinations.  Each dog is pre-screened to ensure they fit into all playgroup enviroment.  Each dog will start and maintain a monthly Flea & Tick Prevention Program.

Flea & Tick Treatments

Bio-Spot:  $6.00 - Frontline Plus:  $15 (Waterproof)

All dogs must be spayed or neutered to be a member of playgroup. Puppies that will be a member of puppy play land can remain unaltered and come to their special playgroup until they are 7 months of age; before they get to be 8 months they must get spayed or neutered to continue. An active Flea & Tick preventative program must be in place, (no need to worry if not) we can administer.  All vaccinations must be current.  (See the vaccination form)  and all dogs must be in good health and have not been ill with any communicable conditions, such as parvovirus, rabies, distemper within the past 30 days.

To ensure the safety of all dogs in playgroup, we do not accept puppies under the age of 3 months

2.Temperament Evaluation: 

                Though we wish we could open our doors to every dog, not every dog wants to be, or should be, in doggie daycare.  So in order for us to place your dogs appropriately we must conduct a screening test. Since all dogs are off-leash in the play areas, your dog(s) must be non-aggressive to people, food, other dogs, toys and cannot be a bully to others. Bow-WOW Daycare & Boarding Inc. reserves the right to turn away any dog.
